Real Business Owners 1:1 Consulting Agreement & Terms of Service

Welcome to Real Business Owners ("RBO"). We are honored you've chosen to invest in yourself and your business through our 1:1 Consulting program. Please read this Agreement carefully. By purchasing consulting services from Real Business Owners, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

Our Commitment. RBO provides strategic business consulting, leadership development, accountability, and mentorship to help entrepreneurs grow personally and professionally. Our role is to provide guidance, perspective, and experience. Your role is to implement.

Your Commitment. All RBO 1:1 Consulting packages require a minimum 90-day commitment. Meaningful change takes consistency, implementation, and time. By enrolling, you agree to commit to the full ninety-day consulting period.

Consulting Packages. Your consulting services are based on the package you selected during checkout. Package details, communication access, meeting frequency, and deliverables vary by package. Your selected package determines the consulting services provided.

Payments. Payment is collected securely through Stripe. By purchasing consulting services, you authorize Real Business Owners to charge the payment method provided according to your selected payment plan. If you selected a recurring package, payments will continue automatically unless canceled after your initial commitment period.

Cancellation Policy. Your initial commitment is ninety (90) days. Consulting may be canceled after the initial commitment by providing written notice before your next billing date. Early cancellation does not eliminate the responsibility for payments due during the initial commitment period.

Refund Policy. Because consulting time is reserved specifically for each client, all payments are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for missed consulting sessions, failure to participate, early cancellation, lack of implementation, or dissatisfaction resulting from a lack of action or results.

Scheduling. Clients are responsible for scheduling and attending consulting sessions. If you need to reschedule, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible and use the link to schedule your calls (insert 1:1 Consulting Calendar link *60min). Missed appointments without notice may be forfeited.

Results Disclaimer. Real Business Owners does not guarantee revenue increases, profit, sales, business growth, lead generation, investment returns, or personal success. Every business, market, and entrepreneur is different. Your results depend upon your own implementation, effort, consistency, experience, and market conditions.

Client Expectations. To get the most from consulting, we ask that you show up prepared, complete agreed-upon action items, be honest, be coachable, respect scheduled meeting times, and take ownership of your business and decisions. The greatest results come from those who consistently implement.

Communication. Communication outside scheduled consulting sessions is provided only if included within your selected package. We do our best to respond promptly; however, response times may vary based on travel, events, and availability.

Confidentiality. Real Business Owners respects your privacy. Business strategies, financial information, personal conversations, and proprietary information shared during consulting will remain confidential except where disclosure is required by law. We ask that you extend the same respect to any proprietary information, systems, or materials shared by RBO.

Intellectual Property. All consulting materials remain the property of Real Business Owners. This includes, but is not limited to, frameworks, worksheets, documents, templates, videos, presentations, processes, and training materials. These materials are licensed for your personal business use only and may not be copied, sold, distributed, or shared without written permission.

Media Release. From time to time, RBO may capture photos, videos, testimonials, or recordings during coaching sessions, events, podcasts, or other interactions. By participating, you grant RBO permission to use this content for educational and promotional purposes unless you notify us in writing that you wish to opt out.

Limitation of Liability. By participating in consulting services, you acknowledge that all business decisions remain your responsibility. RBO shall not be liable for any business losses, financial losses, lost profits, indirect damages, or other outcomes resulting from decisions made by the Client.

Right to Refuse or Terminate Services. RBO reserves the right to refuse or discontinue consulting services if a client becomes abusive or disrespectful, violates this Agreement, engages in illegal activity, or creates an environment that prevents a productive consulting relationship.

Changes to This Agreement. Real Business Owners reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued participation in consulting services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

Acknowledgment. By checking the acceptance box during checkout, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Consulting Agreement, you understand the 90-day minimum commitment, you authorize the selected payment plan, you understand that consulting results are not guaranteed, you agree to the refund and cancellation policies, and you agree to participate professionally and respectfully throughout the consulting relationship.
